House Tour
We are excited to announce the success of our first Berkeley Heights house tour.
7 newly updated homes in our community were graciously open to the
community, where new ideas were inspired by other's creativity.
Seven Berkeley Heights families opened their front doors and
shared their home improvement experiences with the community.
 BEFORE DURING
 AFTER
Throughout the tour, the community had the chance to view beautiful additions and innovative renovations like the one pictured above.
Participants walked away with information about many of the contactors
and other professionals who helped create these wonderful home improvements.
House #1 – House renovated from a split level to resemble an authentic country cottage.
Structure increased in size by 1720 square feet.
Addition includes a library and a great room (with a kitchen/breakfast/family room combo).
Also added a master suite with a whirlpool bath/steam shower.
House #2 – Home remodeled by adding a mudroom and butler’s pantry adjacent to the kitchen area.
Renovation of kitchen, extension of family room, and addition of second
floor master bedroom suite.
Work was designed to preserve style of the home that was originally built in 1816.
