Audition Form

IF YOU LIVE, WORK OR ATTEND SCHOOL IN BERKELEY HEIGHTS YOU’RE INVITED TO SHOW-OFF!
The BHEF is seeking 2-3 minute acts (you can do a lot in 2-3 minutes!) in the following categories:

Instrumental &/Or Vocal: Classical • Chamber • Rock • Dixieland • Country • Jazz • Yodeling • Barbershop
• Opera • Broadway • Pop • A Cappella….

Dance: Ballroom • Irish Step • Jazz • Flamenco • Modern • Hip-Hop • Ballet • Tap….

Variety: Stand-Up Comedy • Magic • Juggling • Acrobatics • Fire Breathing • Ventriloquism • You Name It!

GROUP ACTS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED!
ACTS MUST BE SUITABLE FOR VIEWING OF ALL AGES. NO ANIMAL ACTS.
“JUNIOR” (18 AND UNDER) AND “SENIOR” (OVER 18) ACTS WILL BE SHOWCASED. COMBINED “JUNIOR”
AND “SENIOR” ACTS ARE WELCOME!

Auditions will be
Tuesday, November 11th from 4-8 PM, and
Saturday, November 15th from 1-5 PM.
